Perfect example of why widescreen is best.
Neat shot. David Hartman and Joan Lunden were shot in HD in front of a 'green screen' and the old set was placed behind them. Check out that 'state-of-the-art' TV behind them!

I popped on GMA today just to see how it looked, and it definitely looked like they were futzing with the image to make the people and guests look better. (think the Barbara Streisand interview look, to a lesser extreme) Still, the HD showed the hosts' age much more so than SD.

I'm somewhat disappointed. That doesn't differ much from progressive PAL dvds (~90% of pal dvds). Only difference what I can think of is the 60 Hz refresh rate.
